Jim is the president and owner of HealthTrak Rehabilitation services. He was previously the rehab manager of a large local hospital and has been a supervisory-level physical therapist for over 30 years. Jim has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of post-surgical patients, orthopedic injuries, back and neck injuries, and sport-related injuries. Jim is an avid hunter and enjoys participating in many outdoor activities with his family.
Mary Lynn Coughlin, MHS, PT
Mary Lynn has been in Physical Therapy since 1981. She has attended multiple courses in Manual Therapy which have included muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, functional indirect techniques, direct action mobilization, neuromobilization, strain-counterstrain techniques, to mention a few. Her master’s degree focused on Neurorehabilitation and Pediatrics. Over the years, she has had experience with sports medicine, treatment of TMJ and headaches, industrial medicine, geriatrics, acute care inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, treatment of pediatric patients both in the school system and the neonatal intensive care unit, all types of orthopedic injuries, as well as with horseback riding programs for individuals with disabilities.
